This season is already proving to be one of the most rewarding for many years. We have entered 20 teams in the League and secured three of the 5 titles in the 2-side Autumn campaign.

We entered 3 teams in the National Cadet League at Wellingborough, the first time we have put in so many. Our B team of Jess Campion, Lauren Delday, Sol Hayes and Kris Reiman won the third division in round 2. We have also entered a junior team in a very strong National Junior League and they have excelled themselves by holding down a secure mid-table slot.
We have changed our coaching structure on a Saturday so that we can offer quality coaching from a dedicated team of coaches at two venues simultaneously and we are already reaping rewards with excellent performances in the League and in the club's open tournaments which are superbly organised by Hugh and Cherry Matthews.
Helen Lower, our ETTA regional coach, has visited us 3 times to run a workshop for our coaches and to coach our youngsters, and England Ladies number 1 Kelly Sibley continues to maintain a contact with us, her first club, to motivate all who meet her.
I am especially delighted by the structured coaching we have put in place led by Tom Brocklehurst, Andy Davies,Tom Hunt and Chris Mulligan, who has taken on the new role of Director of coaching. Together with their assistants they are making a real difference to our young players.
Membership is in the 80's and we have a waiting list of 10. I have never been more confident about our future!
